Refunds typically take 2–5 business days to appear, depending on the bank or provider. If issued as Etsy credit, the amount will appear in your Etsy account balance.

▪ Home Studio doesn't offer gift wrap or include gift notes.

▪ You can mark your order as a gift at checkout — this lets us know it’s a gift, BUT it still ships in regular packaging and processing times.

🛎️ Etsy also offers a Gift Teaser, in which Etsy sends an email to your recipient letting them know something is on the way. Look for that option during checkout. A wise backup option in case it arrives late.

▪ Art Prints are shipped rolled. So may need to be weighted down (books are good) to flatten.

▪ We don’t offer express shipping or rush processing.

▪ All delivery dates shown at checkout are ESTIMATES only and not guaranteed. Posters are rolled and ship in cardboard box containers.
