Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are provided in the form of the original payment. Product must be returned in its original condition.

Fabric:
No returns are accepted on fabric yardage.
Recommend: Ordering samples prior to yardage to make sure you are happy with the selected fabric.

Fabric Samples:
All fabric samples are final sale.

Pillows:
No returns accepted on pillows. Please utilize samples to ensure the pillows colors and textures will work for you.

We do offer custom throw pillow covers. If you have a specific size you are looking for we can make it. Contact us with your dimensions and your selection of our beautiful fabrics.

We do have a selection of fabrics suitable for machine washing. Our upholstery and performance fabrics are bleach cleanable but not machine washable. Make sure to check the care instructions for your selected fabrics.

Our swatches are approximately 4" x 5". If you would like to see a larger sample, we recommend you place an order for a 1/2 yard.

We do our best to represent all of the colours and patterns but it is not always possible in a swatch. If you are interested in a larger-scale patterned fabric, we recommend you purchase a 1/2 yard to sample. Please note that all swatch orders are final sale.

Yes we can ship on a roll be sure to add the details in the special instructions. Additional shipping fees will be required for all products shipped on a roll.

But it is not uncommon for us to cut and ship orders on the same day as they are received.
If your fabric is already cut, packaged, and prepared for shipping - we won't be able to make changes.

Our pillow covers are about 1" smaller to give a fuller look. Your 18" pillow cover will be finished at about 17". If you need a size not available to fit your existing inserts, please let us know we offer custom sizes.

Up the roll the pattern runs parallel with the selvage edges.
Railroaded the pattern runs across from selvage edge to selvage edge.

Double rubs is a way to measure the abrasion and durability of a fabric.
15,000+ is considered heavy duty. Recommended for upholstery.

Make a bleach water solution using 1 oz of bleach to 30oz to water in a spray bottle. Protect the underside of your fabric to absorb any excess moisture. Spray solution in a fan spray and wet the entire side where the stain is. Wipe the entire cover with a clean cloth to remove excess moisture. Then spray the same are with clean water to rinse the bleach solution. Wipe the area with a clean with a clean cloth to remove moisture. Allow to dry or use a hair dryer.
