My item was mailed to the wrong address
While this does not happen often, it is very important to check your current address saved on your account. We are happy to adjust the address before shipping but cannot be responsible for the shipping fees to resend package once returned back for insufficient address, wrong address, unable to deliver, forwarding expired, etc. We will reach out to the buyer if a package is returned to review options to resend.
Is it possible to rush the order?
We have a “rush order” which subtracts 5 days from the estimated shipping date available. Please include the listing below within the same order. Once the order is received you will receive a confirmation email with the shipping date adjustment. The rush order fee is per item and cannot be used for an entire cart.
