Can I purchase multiple items and send them to different addresses?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer shipping to multiple addresses. You will need to purchase each order separately.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Please be sure to double-check all personalization details before placing your order. If there's an issue with your order or it arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery—we want you to be completely happy and will do our best to make it right.
When will I receive my package?
All orders ship within 2 business days of purchase. At checkout, you can choose your preferred shipping method:
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery in 5–8 business days
Priority Shipping: Estimated delivery in up to 4 business days
Please note that these timeframes are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and do not include weekends or holidays. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number to follow its journey.
If you need your order by a specific date, we recommend upgrading to Priority Shipping or contacting us before placing your order. We're happy to help!
Wrong Shipping Address
If you notice that the address on file is incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can update it for you. Unfortunately, if the package has already been shipped, we are unable to change the address.
Once we receive the returned package we will notify you and make arrangements for reshipment. Note that you are responsible for reshipping fees
What if my package is lost, delayed or stolen?
Please note that Bélier Handmade is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received-these are circumstances beyond our control.
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, it becomes their responsibility to ensure safe and timely delivery.
If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please:
* Confirm your shipping address was correct on your Etsy order
* Check with neighbors or around your property
* Contact your local post office for assistance
If you suspect your package was stolen, file a mail theft report with your local authorities.
