How will my order be shipped?

*UPDATE*
Due to new U.S. postal regulations, free shipping to the USA is temporarily paused. A $44.95 shipping charge now applies to all U.S. orders until further notice. Thank you so much for understanding and supporting my shop! 💛

Orders ship every Monday via national post with a tracking number. Expected delivery time is 3-10 working days depending on your destination.

For $44.95 extra your order can ship via DHL express. Expected delivery time is 2 working days, sometimes 4, depending on your destination.

In case I would like to return my order do I get a full refund?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order I am happy to accept returns for a full refund minus shipping.

Please make sure to ship your returns with a tracking number and CLEARED FROM ANY CUSTOM DUTIES.

Postal charges will be refunded only in the rare case of defective items.

Facemasks cannot be returned for sanitary reasons.

Custom and personalized orders

What is the current turnaround time?

All ready to ship items will ship within 3 to 5 days after you have placed your order.
Made to order items, such as personalized pillows, ship within 1-2 weeks.
If your order is time sensitive please contact me to discuss your options.

Sizing details

Mask Sizing Guide:
My masks are one size and are made to fit an average head, there is a possibility that the elastics will fall either large or small.
If you are uncertain about your mask size, you can either:
1) Choose the cotton ribbon head support where you can fix yourself how tight your mask will be.
2) Measure your perfect size mask and compare it to the measurements below:
Mask length: 9*5 inches approx.
Elastic length: 5.5 inches approx.
Cotton ribbon length: 12.5 inches approx.
If the elastic bands are loose, you can either mend them yourself if you are comfortable with sewing or tie a knot.
Due to sanitary reasons returns are not possible but please feel free to contact me to any concerns you might have.

DHL and UPS Shipping Instructions

DHL doesn't ship to PO boxes and requires a mobile phone number to facilitate your delivery. If they are not able to reach you after 3 attempts then your order will be abandoned.
Please make sure you provide all the information needed so this does not happen.
