When will my digital product be available to me?
Your download will be available as soon as you complete your order and payment has gone through. If you are using PayPal or a Credit Card it may take a few minutes for payment to process.
How will I receive my files?
Once purchased, an email will be sent to you with a link to download your files. I recommend copying the link and opening a webpage to download these rather than using the Etsy app.
Digital Downloads
The Etsy Mobile App absolutely does not work for downloading any digital item.
To download, find your Etsy account purchases page (on a desktop or safari tab, not within the Etsy app) and tap download next to each file.
