INSURANCE
Our shop is not responsible for delayed or lost orders except orders with insurance. That’s why we highly recommend to order extra insurance. All orders are shipped using priority registered with tracking number mail. This depends entirely on the weight of the order being mailed. All orders will have a tracking number. Mail gets delayed during heavy Holiday seasons so please plan your purchase at least 1-2 weeks earlier than usual shipping time.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Overseas orders have a higher risk for thievery. ONCE SHIPPED, YOUR ITEM CAN TAKE SOME TIME TO ARRIVE. While unlikely, there have been a few cases where the package gets caught up in customs & it took longer to get there. This can be irritating, as I can imagine, waiting for your item to arrive. Please be patient as this situation is out of my control. Unfortunately, we cannot make any ship time guarantees for international deliveries.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES
We want you to be 100% HAPPY with your purchase from us! All items are custom printed at the time of order so we do not offer refunds. However, we do offer size exchanges (EXCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS for. Example custom numbrers, texts)). Simply convo us to setup an exchange and for additional return instructions. Return shipping and New order shipping is paid by the buyer.
Returned items must be in new condition with tags attached. Items that have been laundered, worn or have odors such as smoke, perfumes, cosmetics, etc are not eligible for size exchange. Items returned without prior arrangement may not be accepted for an exchange.
RETURN TO US POLICIES
We can only accept not custom, items not on sale, and not intimate items returned to us within 14 days in Europe, 30 days in USA, Canada, Australia and Elsewhere from the date your order was despatched. Items that do not reach us within 14 days (Europe), 30 days (Elsewhere) will not be valid for exchange or replacement.
If you wish to return an item, we advise that you act immediately upon receipt to obtain a returns number and return the item to us as soon as possible. We aim to answer all returns requests within 24 hours.
ITEMS THAT CAN'T BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED
- Bulk orders of 3 quantity or more.
- Any special custom requested shirts. For example, shirts with custom text, custom color or has custom numbers.
- Any special changes to our shirt designs requested by you such as a change in ink color, removal of or edited wording within the designs or changes in size or color that we do not typically offer within that item listing.
- For hygienic reasons we do not accept intimate items such as panties and baby bodysuits/ onesies

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that we are unable to approve cancellation requests after orders are placed with us. Our production warehouse is running 24/7 which means your order is immediately pulled, printed and shipped directly to you without hesitation. Sometimes orders are printed within minutes of order placement to keep up with demand and to ensure that your order is printed, dried and shipped within our listed speedy turnaround time. We are that quick. Due to this service, we cannot cancel an order once it has been placed due to the complimentary rush service we offer our customers.
SHIPPING TYPES AND PROCESS
We offer standard and DHL express shipping. If you want DHL shipping please select it instead of standard shipping. Please find shipping times in section ESTIMATES SHIPPING TIMES.
Please note all packages are registered - postman will require your signature. It's more secure way to get the package because nobody except you can take it and you can always track where your package is. If you are working at daytime, do not have possibility to take the package please don't worry - you can always take your package in local post office or contact it for redeliver. If you can't see an updates for a while, don't worry - sometimes they do not update them often. Please come back after some time and you will see them.
HOW TO IRON SHIRTS
Please do not iron directly on a heat transfer design. Just like you never iron directly to the vinyl when applying, you won’t ever want to do that after laundering. The high heat on the vinyl will melt the vinyl and or burn the adhesive. Regardless, ironing directly on vinyl is a great way to ruin a shirt. If you must iron the shirt, make sure to use low heat and place a dish towel or cloth over the transfer.
