How do I request custom color changes?
For PRINTED orders: Once you have chosen your art prints, click on the ADD TO CART button. Then before completing your purchase add your change request in the NOTES TO SELLER box.
For DIGITAL FILE orders: Please send me a message BEFORE you make a purchase to make sure that your changes can be made. In most cases, a customer order will be set up for you with your requested changes.
If I have requested changes in my order, will I see what my prints will look like before they are printed?
Yes of course. With all requested changes a proof will be sent to you via your Esty message and your order will only be printed and shipped to you (if purchasing a printed item) or set up in a customer order (if purchasing a digital file) once you confirm you are happy with everything.
How soon will my order be shipped?
For PRINTED orders: All orders are shipped out within 2-5 business days unless you have requested changes to be made. Orders that are needing changes made will be shipped out once you confirm you are happy with the changes made.
For DIGITAL file orders: All instant downloads are available immediately after purchase however in some cases it may take a few minutes to confirm payments.
For Personalized DIGITAL files: Your files will be ready and sent to your email address within 1-2 days of ordering.
Can I request a new design that is currently not in your shop?
Yes please. I love creating new designs and I will be happy to work with you until you have something you love.
What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives to you with damage during transit please contact me.
How is my PRINTED order shipped
SHIPPING:
Prints up to 11x14" in size are shipped in a waterproof sleeve and placed into a flat box. Larger prints are shipped via extremely protective tubes.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
I ship with USPS First Class Mail. The average transit time is between 3-5 working days after it has been shipped and you will be notified of the tracking number.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
I ship with USPS First Class International and APC Postal Logistics. The average transit time is between 6-21 working days and you will be notified of the tracking number. International customers are responsible for any tariffs, fees and taxes associated with customs.
Where can I print and what is the best material to use when printing my DIGITAL FILES
You can print your files in the comfort of your own home using a high quality printer or you can take your files to your local printer lab or even upload your files to an online printing site.
I recommend you use a white high quality matte heavyweight cardstock paper for best results.
