Hope Angel Bracelets started in 2009. I know writing a book on miscarriage and running a support site played a large part in Hope Angel Bracelets coming to be. My first piece of remembrance jewelry made by a very talented woman sparked the flame to reach out more to people in an inspirational, comforting and encouraging way.
My belief in angels has always been strong. Matter of fact, it's grown over time. On many occasions I felt either their help or simply their loving presence, especially since the loss of my mother, who also loved making these special bracelets. (Marlane DuBois, 1937-2015)
Being a creative person, (I also teach piano) and quite spiritual, angel themed bracelets seemed to go hand in hand with my life. I relax when I make them and find purpose in sharing the various messages of comfort, hope, love and inspiration they bring. Each bracelet is as unique as the person wearing a Hope Angel Bracelet. The messages mean something different to everyone.
Recently, I've started hand stamping and am having so much fun doing it. A new window of possibilites has opened up wide and I look forward to being able to further customize/personalize my orders.
