Creative Crafts for Everyone
Hello! I'm Rachel Brown and by day I am a Family and Consumer Sciences (Home Ec) teacher who teaches hundreds of students how to crochet, quilt, sew, and cook. I love crafting new ideas and giving a new take on old favorites!
I learned to crochet when I was in my 30s, however, I had longed to learn this craft long before that. I have been sewing and quilting since I was 8, where I learned by working with my Grandma Ruth. My design style is cozy and warm with a contemporary take on old styles . My hope is that my customers find a place for my creations in their lives and enjoy them as much as I do!
My products are made with some of the softest yarns available - you're going to love them!
When I'm not crocheting, quilting, sewing, or cooking, I am usually spending time with our herd of registered American Alpine goats (they are so fun!), helping with the local 4-H program, reading a book, or working on my house and yard!
