Very good quality. It’s heavy and the engraving turned out so nice. The owner was very quick to show me a simple before it was engraved and the shipping was even quicker. Don’t hesitate on this company.

Now THIS is something special, folks. First, Jeff was super communicative and asked all the right questions and provided a proof of what it would look like BEFORE signing off and shipping it. That is super A+ service to me. Second...The product itself is super high quality. It was beautifully packaged when it arrived, and upon opening was one of those "WOW" moments for me, and for my brother once I gifted it to him for his birthday. This is stunning AND functional. Strongly fits and magnetizes to the hopper lid of the Pro 34 traeger (I also love that Jeff can make this for so many different models). But take a look at these photos. This is "As Is." The level of detail and the workmanship is just stunning. 100% recommend!

This was supposed to be a Fathers Day gift, but as soon as I opened it, I had to give it to my husband. It’s AMAZING!!! The boxing and included materials are top notch professional, the item is so well hand crafted and the design is clearly well thought out. The provided image came out perfectly. The item arrived in record time. Customer service was also awesome. Jeff communicated very quickly and clearly. I wasn’t sure of the model type so Jeff told me what pictures he needed to make the hopper topper and it fits perfectly!! HIGHLY recommend!!
