For digital files, should I use the .PDF file or the .JPEG file?
Both file formats are included with your purchase, giving you the flexibility to print or share your invitation in the way that works best for you.
Your PDF file is recommended for professional printing. It maintains the highest print quality and preserves fonts, colors, and formatting exactly as designed. Most local and online print shops prefer PDF files for the best printing results.
Your JPEG file is perfect for digital sharing. It can easily be attached to emails, text messages, or uploaded to social media and digital invitation platforms.
Can you create a custom design for me?
Absolutely!
If you're looking for something unique, I'd love to work with you to create a one-of-a-kind design tailored specifically to your celebration. Whether you have a clear vision, inspiration photos, or just a theme in mind, I'll work with you to bring your ideas to life.
Simply send me a message through Etsy, or email at hortonpaperpixelco@gmail.com, with a few details about your event, including your theme, colors, and any inspiration photos you have. I'll discuss your ideas, provide a custom quote if needed, and guide you through the design process from start to finish.
Can I get a refund?
Because each order is personalized specifically for your event, refunds, returns, and exchanges cannot be offered once design work has begun or a proof has been created.
Before your final files are delivered or your invitations are printed, you'll receive a personalized proof to review. Please carefully check all names, dates, times, addresses, spelling, and event details before giving final approval.
If an error is made on my part, I will gladly correct it at no additional cost. My goal is to ensure you absolutely love your finished invitation!
