Frequently asked questions
*Where is my order?*
If your order hasn’t been dispatched (you will have received an email from Etsy if it has), we will be working hard making up your item. Orders take between 1-3 working days (Mon-Fri) to make. Please note this is the time to make your order and dispatch it, not how long it will take to receive your item.
Orders shipped via Royal mail 2nd class (Free postage) tend to take around 2-4 days to arrive and between 1-2 days with 1st class. However this isn't a guarantee and your order may take longer, especially at busier times of year
If you have purchased from outside the UK and your order has been dispatched but not yet arrived, please remember it usually takes around 10 days to arrive, but sometimes can take up to 40 days, due to customs.
*Can wording on an item be changed?*
Yes! All our items are handmade so the wording can be changed to your specifications. Please note that each of our items has a word limit written in the item description so please check this before ordering. If you’d like a completely custom order, please do drop me a message first.
*Where is my tracking number?*
We don’t use tracked shipping as standard on UK and international orders. This is an optional extra which can be chosen at checkout.
If you choose either free shipping or 1st class shipping within the UK your order will not be fully tracked and will only update once it arrives.
International tracked shipping can be chosen at checkout and a tracking number will be provided when your order is shipped. Orders sent via standard shipping will not have tracking.
*What are your Christmas delivery dates?*
The last date for personalised orders within the UK is 14th December. Non-personalised orders are available until Wednesday 16th December. These are the final shipping dates for Christmas delivery.
For international orders the last recommended shipping date for Christmas delivery is the 1st Dec although this cannot be guaranteed as items can get held in customs for longer and as a result may not arrive in time for Christmas.
*Can you prioritise my order to ship faster?*
Unfortunately, due to our high demand at this time of year, we are unable to prioritise any orders. All purchases will be processed in the order they are received. We are sorry if this causes any inconvenience but this is the fairest way to ensure all orders are shipped on time.
*Why has my order not been dispatched yet?*
If your order has been outstanding for some time, this will be due to incorrect information being given by you when you made the order. We will have sent you a message asking for further information. Examples of what could have caused this are; character limits being exceeded, no notes being left on what you ordered, or something exceeding our limitations such as languages or fonts. Check your Etsy messages as we will have been in touch.
What if my order hasn't arrived.
Orders shipped within the UK take around 2-5 working days to arrive via 2nd class (free postage) and around 1-3 working days to arrive via 1st class. If more than 10 working days have passed for UK orders and 30 working days for overseas orders and your order still hasn't arrived it is possible it may have gone missing.
If this happens please get in touch. Refunds or re-makes will not be issued or made before the 10 days in which Royal mail states an item may be lost. All delivery dates provided are estimates and not a guaranteed delivery date. Please order within plenty of time to ensure your order arrives in time for the date you require.
