My son loves the jelly fish!! Thank you so much, it’s super cute! We can’t wait to order more in different colors. We just ended up cutting the little string hook part off on top because my son just wants to use it as a toy and carry it around everywhere with him lol!!

Order placed on 5/5, and the shipping info said ready to ship within 3-5 business days. After receiving no notification for shipping, I messaged the seller on 5/14 and then 5/15 without any reply. At this point, the item is shipping too late, as the receiver was planning to move on the 18th. (I had bought the item for a toddler for a long trip from PA to NC). Anyways, still no reply by 5/18, so I filed a complaint with Etsy on 5/18 to mediate. The seller messaged me back on 5/20 apologizing. She said she will ship it out right away, and asked for the new address. I gave it to her the same day. Next thing I know, on 5/24 I receive notification that I would receive reimbursement and that she is "sorry" she was unable to fulfill the order and get it sent out. That's 3 weeks after my initial order. :(

“So sorry, I couldn't get your order completed. I issued a full refund and again I'm very sorry.” I did send two emails and tried to communicate with seller. Once I opened a case with Etsy 20 days after ship date and 25 days after initial order it sparked above communication. This can’t be blamed on current state of affairs since seller has a history of poor communication and slow ship to unfulfilled orders and refunds. Wish her all the best but certainly poor business practice by an Etsy seller.

Never received the item...still hasn't shipped and seller will not respond to any messages.

My 1st bad Etsy experience in 9 years. I sent a mssg that was never followed up on, and the day before my item was supposed to ship out I received my first correspondence from the crafter simply saying, "Sorry" with a refund. I hope the seller is OK and wish her well, but the communication, promptness, and professionalism just wasn't there for me.

Took too long to get my package and she didn’t even message me and when I messaged her it took a while to reply.
