How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a message
What’s your return policy?
At this time, we do not provide returns and exchanges since our products are custom-made. However, if you encounter any problems with your order, kindly inform us through a message, and we will make every effort to address and resolve any concerns to your satisfaction. Regarding cancellations, please note that they can be made within 24 hours from the time the order was placed.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
Currently, we do not provide exchanges as all our items are made to order. For apparel orders, we recommend referring to our sizing charts, which are available for every item in the product pictures section of our store. However, if you receive an item that is mislabeled, please inform us promptly by providing your order number and photos of the mislabeled item. In such rare instances, we will be happy to send you a replacement or issue a refund to resolve the matter to your satisfaction.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We apologize deeply for any inconvenience caused by the damaged product you received. To expedite the resolution process, kindly reach out to us within one week of receiving the item. Please include photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any additional details related to your order. Rest assured, we will promptly review your case and provide you with a resolution as quickly as possible!
My package is lost!
We understand your concern! In the unfortunate event that your package is lost during transit, please don't hesitate to contact us immediately. We are committed to assisting you in locating your package and resolving the issue. However, if your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, we kindly request you to reach out to the shipping carrier directly for further assistance.
