Why don’t you offer returns or exchanges?
All items in our shop are made to order, which means production begins shortly after your purchase is placed. Because of this, we’re unable to accept cancellations, changes, or exchanges once an order has been submitted (including size or design changes).
If your item arrives damaged or there’s a production error, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
How long does international shipping take?
Because each item is made to order and shipped from the closest fulfillment partner, international delivery times can vary a lot depending on the country and shipping method. Most international orders take around 14–30 business days to arrive after production is complete. Some destinations may be faster or slower due to customs, carrier availability, and local postal services.
Please keep in mind this is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery window. If you need help tracking your order or have questions about your specific delivery, feel free to contact us anytime!
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled only if production has not yet begun. Once an order has entered production, it can no longer be canceled or changed.
If you need to cancel, please message us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist before production starts.
Can I return an order if I ordered the wrong size or if it doesn’t fit?
Because all of our items are made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing or fit issues. Each item is created specifically for you once your order is placed.
If you’d like to order a different size, feel free to message us - we’re always happy to help however we can.
How long does shipping take within the U.S.?
Orders shipped within the U.S. typically arrive within 3–7 business days after production is complete.
Because all items are made to order, please allow additional time for production before shipping. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the product and carrier.
