Notes on Return & Refund
*Please note we only accept returned products in their original packages and conditions.
*To kick start the return process, please follow below steps:
1. Please message us first on Etsy platform. We will issue you an RA (Return Authorization) number for the return.
2. Upon receiving RA number, kindly mail your packages to us with tracking number provided.
3. Upon receiving packages and inspect goods are in their original quality, we will issue the return payment to you right away from your original payment methods.
4. Please note we do not accept unauthorized returns.
5. Please note you are responsible for postage cost for your returned parcel.
Notes on Damaged & Defect Products
In case where you received damaged or defect products, please contact us within 24 hours of package arrival date along with images of damaged products. We can either mail you new ones, or issue an refund depending on what you'd prefer.

Notes on Pre-Order Items
+ Before you place a pre-order purchase, kindly note on our planned stock drop date.
+ Cancellation and exchange are allowed before we dispatch your order. However, we do not accept cancellation or exchange once your parcel is shipped out.
+ If there is any further delay in the delivery of our stock, we will inform you immediately on the new ETA.
Notes on Shipment & Tracking
+ Please note we dispatch every Friday. Any order placed after 12 pm on Friday will be dispatched on the following Friday.
+ Please note we are not responsible for lost packages after the courier shows package as "Delivered".
+ Please note we are not responsible for lost packages in case where provided address is invalid / wrong.
+ Please reach out to us within 14 days of dispatch if you don't receive your package. We will look into it in time and try to resolve on delayed shipment. However, we are not responsible for any unforeseeable delays caused by courier (ex. Canada Post, USPS)
