The hemp oil ointment works I have bad knee pain and after I use it I am pain free for about 3 hours. I gave a jar to a friend who had knee surgery and was in a lot of pain. She used it and after about 15 minutes she could bend her knee without pain.

This works well for beginning migraines. I put on my temples and back of my neck. Nice light scent.
