4 out of 5 starsFinally got what I ordered. Took over 2 months. Lots of promises, label created, but it never moved. They communicated every time. I wouldn't buy from this store again.

5 out of 5 starsThe hat is really nice quality. Seller reached out to give us size measurements to ensure a good fit. The fit was perfect. I had to guve 1 star on shipping as the item arrived all crumpled and just in a paper bag. I had ordered and paid for a box. Seller says Customs must have taken it out of the box. Shipping is lengthy but worth the wait.

5 out of 5 starsI did order a hat box as well. Sadly customs stole this ,with damage the hat from cutting the box open. Not the sellers fault but does hurt when you don't get what you paid for. As for the hat yep very good indeed.
