Cancellations Returns and Exchanges
Our items are handmade and specially tailored for plant care.
If you need to cancel an order, please do so within 12 hours of purchase, as we may have already begun creating your item(s).
Because our items are handmade using natural materials, minor variations in the moss or wood (like color or texture) may occur and are not considered defects.
We can offer a replacement if there is a functional manufacturing error with your item or if it is damaged during shipping.
Shipping Adresses
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the shipping address on file is correct BEFORE purchasing, as this is where the items will be shipped. For the timely setup of your plant supports, and the health of any live plants you may have ordered, a correct address is vital. Once the order is placed, the address cannot be changed. Items shipped to an incorrect address due to buyer error will have to be repurchased at the buyer's expense.
