***Shipping Charges ***
Shipping charges are combined automatically for all purchases of more than one item. You will pay a base shipping price for the first item and for every additional item there will be another small fee.
***Order Processing ***
I usually process and ship out orders the same/next day, in some cases even within minutes of receiving the order, but fast shipping and processing will not be possible if the item is out of stock or, if there is an issue with creating a shipping label, in this case, it’s important to reach you quickly and inform you of the issue we are having, if there is an issue we will send you a message via Etsy messages, but if you are as some folks that never opens and respond to Etsy messages than it’s important to leave us a phone number at ” Message seller” in check out so I can reach you quickly to resolve any issue, I will only call if there is an issue.
***Package Delivery***
I ship all packages to the SHIP TO address specified on your Etsy order. To avoid delays or lost packages please double-check your SHIP TO address for accuracy. Packages delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect SHIP TO address will not be replaced or refunded. If the package is returned back to us due to an incorrect SHIP TO address, we will not re-ship the package. Instead, we will refund you back for the cost of the item(s) you paid and the shipping charge will not be refunded. If you still desire to have the item(s) you may place a new order with the correct SHIP TO address.
***Delivery Delays***
Once your package is received by USPS or UPS, it’s their responsibility to deliver the package in the time frame they promised and advertised. Any shipping delays caused by the carrier are completely out of our hands and contacting us does not help the situation because there is nothing we can do to speed up the delivery of your package instead, it’s best to reach out to the carrier with your tracking number and ask for the whereabouts of your package and estimate delivery date/time.
***Returns***
Returns are accepted however, the returning item(s) are only accepted in their original conditions and within 14 days from the delivery date. If the return is not a result of our error, the shipping fees will not be refunded and the customer is responsible for return postage. No returns are accepted on the followings;
1-Custom cut zippers.
2-Items that are used, cut, washed, pressed, or dyed.
3-After 14 days from the item delivery date.
***Cancellations***
If you have more than one un-shipped order with us and like to cancel one, please provide the order number and order details so we can cancel the right order. Cancellations are accepted however please request a cancellation before your order is shipped and processed.
***Exchanges***
Sorry, I don’t do exchanges, if you accidentally buy the wrong item(s) you are welcome to return the wrong item(s) for a refund and re-purchase the correct item(s) and we promise quick shipping.
