Custom and personalized orders
Custom designs are made on a case by case basis.
CUSTOMS ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE DESIGNS.
WE do not do all custom requests, due to: time, how extensive the project is and legal reasons such as trademark and copyright. You are more then welcome to send us a message, describing in as much detail as possible what you would like created.
You're also welcome to contact us about color changes to existing designs.
What can the designs be used for?
Personal usage and small business usage on a physical completed item is allowed. If you want to sell this design as Transfers, for Fabric printing, Screen printing, and creating other craft materials (silicone moulds, embroidery patches, etc.), you will need our small business license that comes either for 1 for design or for all the designs we currently offer and future designs.
You CANNOT make new digital files, clip art, digital invitations, digital party supplies, digital papers or graphics for sale using our designs, or upload to sell on print-on-demand sites such as: Zazzle, Redbubble, Society6, etc. You CANNOT sell the design as a transfer without a license.
Files Types and File Issues
Types:
We offer Svg, Png & Dxf. If you find a listing that doesn't have the file type you would like, please get in contact.
Files Issues:
Please check firstly you are using the correct file format for your software.
Which means:
- SVG files for Design Space
- DXF files for Silhouette
- PNG files for sublimation.
If you can't find the file type you need please check if there is a ZIP file that has the file type within it's folder.

Template Info
Information on Templates:
Sizing: files will generally upload true to size, if not please read the size document included with the other file downloads. We always recommend doing a size test by cutting paper as to not waste materials. If the size does not work and you can’t resize it, please contact us.
Templates can be assembled by sewing or gluing. Glue types recommend: craft or fabric glue such as Gorilla Glue or E6000.
Hardware: you can use rivets, or snap closures- it’s all about your preference and what is available to you.
Shirts colors in photos & bleach info
Photos showing designs on shirts, are only mockups. This means that the shirt colors shown may not be available or exist and that the shirt color shown may not bleach like the photo. Bleach results depend on a lot of factors, heat during the drying process, bleach brand, use of hydrogen peroxide, and sometimes even the same shirt from the same brand can bleach differently as the dye used for that shirt color may be different from the manufacturer.
