Right of withdrawal (translation; the German version prevails)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods (for several goods delivered separately: the last of them).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Philipp Maywald, ApriNoeScor, c/o POSTFLEX PFX-553-332, Emsdettener Straße 10, 48268 Greven, e-mail: contact@hyohondo.com) of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory. You can also withdraw online via the withdrawal function in your Etsy order overview; in that case we will send you a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notice. We use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction; you will not be charged any fees. We waive the return of the goods: you keep the item and owe no compensation. Please do not send parcels to the address above.
