1 out of 5 starsI was never given my item &’ was told they shipped it back , they took my money &’ is avoiding giving me a refund or at least to return the item/make up for it, scam or not very bad service/customer care.

for anyone who is selling to this person beware of her.. I have receipts of the convo with her and proof of delivery .. everything she said was off. buyer claimed to have went to the post office and said that she double check with the address and the post office said it was the correct address yet it was send back to us and claiming for a full refund. if it was send back to us, we would have been notified, but till today we have no notification regarding that when we said we have proof of everything receipt, buyer just left a bad review and said that we tried to scam her.
