I grew up tagging along with my mom and grandmother while they went to antique shops. This gave me an unshakeable love for all things vintage, antique, and beautiful (and also excellent "hands behind my back" behavior). That upbringing has led me to today, where I prefer to find vintage pieces of jewelry to wear as opposed to the current stuff out there.
Sometimes I buy surprise lots of jewelry or go to estate sales and buy stuff. And then I get home and my husband looks at me with despair. I have three small kids, so our house can't be turned in to my Sparkly Things museum just yet. Hence, my Etsy shop, where I bring you the treasures I find, like a raven.
I believe jewelry is for everyone, and a little sparkle can make your day better. Sometimes when I need a dopamine boost, I open up my box of sparkly things just to see them and smile. I like using my Etsy listings as creative writing exercises sometimes, so bear with me. My sense of humor is a little wacky and I know that. But the vintage jewelry is for real and I don't use AI in any of my listings, so there's that.
