Design/Print Issues

Our orders are shipped directly from our printer and occasionally errors do occur. If the design does not look right or doesn't match the listing photo, please send us a message with a clear photo of the product within 2 weeks of receiving your item. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and if there is a print error we will send you a replacement immediately.

Return/Exchange

All items are made to order, so all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, except if the wrong item was sent or the product arrives damaged or defective.If your item was damaged during shipping, we offer a free replacement. To qualify, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo of the damage.We cannot accept returns for incorrect size choices, so please refer to the sizing guide before ordering. If you notice an error prior to shipping, reach out to us immediately and we will attempt to correct it.If your item is "returned to send" due to an incorrect shipping address, we are not responsible for replacing the product and will be unable to issue a refund. All items that are "returned to send" are shipped back to our printing partner and we have no way of recovering them.In some cases, we may be able to reprint and reship your item, however, the buyer is responsible for the full shipping cost on the replacement item.
