I have an old and worn out photo, can it be used to create the portrait?
Most likely not. Photos should be clear, non blurry, and non grainy.
What is the difference between "fine art print" and the "print with mat option"?
The paper used for the print only and print with mat is the same fine art paper (aka rag paper). It is made from 100% cotton fibers and is not a wood pulp-based paper. Cotton paper retains its form for several hundred years, with little chance of discoloring, fading or deteriorating. It is also slightly textured and my customers really love it!

Can I send you a scanned photo?
A scanned photo probably means that it is an older photo so the chances of me being able to use it are slim :)
How do I send my photo to you?
The fastest way to get your photo to me is to attaching it in a message on Etsy before or after your purchase. As a reminder, please attach the full size photo and not a screenshot.
Are these hand-painted?
They are digitally created.
Can you remove or add things to my photo?
Yes! It's always best to check with me first but I offer a photo edit upgrade (found in the upgrades section of my shop).
As a reminder, sky and grass fix come free with your order.
Do you send a proof before shipping?
Always! If I don't hear from you within 48 hours after the proof has been submitted, the print will be shipped to the address entered at checkout.
Do you offer framing?
No framing options at the moment.
Can you make a portrait from two separate pictures?
No.
I'd love to order a family portrait but don't have all the people in the same photo. Can you add them?
Not at the moment. However, I know there are sellers on Etsy that offer this kind of photo edit. One option would be to use their service to add the people the way you want them in the photo and then I could use the edited photo for the portrait.
