5 out of 5 starsmy measurments: bust 44 in, waist 35 in, hips 44 in, bought a size 2xl, and it is an exact perfect fit!! I adore it and it's soft and cute!! this seller has wonderful customer service and was very patient with me as I had many questions haha

5 out of 5 starsHoodie came well packed and faster than expected. Blouse is soft and comfortable, thin but very worm. Size is good and a little bit loose - as it should be. Colours are full as they were on a photograph. Exactly the kind of hoodie I wanted.

What is your returns policy?
Returns - Goods will need to be returned to our UK address. The buyer is responsible for the cost of a return delivery, and the item must be unused, in a re-sellable condition. Returns must be requested within a 14 day period upon receipt of your order, then you will have another 14 days to return the item(s). Once the order is returned to us we will issue a refund. If there is any loss in value, the amount will be deducted from the refund.
Some items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (such as swimwear bottoms & tights). Please see the descriptions on individual listing pages for their applicable returns details.
Can I cancel my order?
You have a 2 hour window from the point of placing your order to request a cancellation. After this point, your order is sent to our manufacturing partner(s), so ensure you are happy with your order and have selected the correct sizing before making the purchase, as we cannot accept cancellations or changes after the 2 hour window. Also triple check you have entered your address correctly, as this also cannot be changed post-purchase.
Can I change the address on my order?
If your order is within the 2 hour cancellation window, you can request a change in address.
We are obligated to send orders to the address provided with the order, so we will have to cancel your original order and ask you to re-purchase with the new address entered with it.
My parcel has been returned to sender. Can It be re-sent to me?
China and US dispatch orders: In the case of a non-delivery that results in the parcel being returned: Unfortunately the parcel would be returned to the manufacturer, who don't have the ability to process returned goods. This means we cannot refund any orders that were not received by the buyer, due to their parcel not being collected from their delivery centre, undeliverable, rejected by recipient, error in address etc.
UK dispatch orders: In the case of a non-delivery that results in the parcel returning to us, you are eligible to receive a refund minus a fee equal to the postage cost if we are made aware of the situation within a month of the original delivery due date. You may re-purchase postage to have the parcel sent to you again.
