The license does not allow you to sell, assign, or transfer rights to the original design.
The purchaser acknowledges that no trademark, copyright or service marks are being conveyed under this license agreement. Furthermore, the purchaser acknowledges that INK Designs have no obligation or duty to perform trademark, copyright or service marks searches to validate that the unique design we have created for you is not infringing on any trademark, copyright or service marks.
You the purchaser acknowledge that the design process entails a combination of software to create your unique book cover design. INK Designs therefore cannot be liable in any way for any design resources, including, but not limited to, for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any elements of the book cover design or any part thereof. The purchaser must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any design resources.
