European Union Customers
EU consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days from the date of receiving the item, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws, except in cases where EU legal exemptions apply, such as for items made to order or produced according to the buyer’s selected specifications.
Return conditions:
• The buyer must contact the seller within 14 days from the date of delivery
• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer
• The buyer is responsible for the parcel until it is safely returned
• Only the item price is refunded (shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of a proven seller’s error)

International Customers (Outside the European Union)
For international orders, returns are not a statutory right and are handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on the situation.

✔ Seller’s error
If the item does not match the order due to a seller’s error (e.g. incorrect dimensions, colour, or other manufacturing discrepancies):
• Returns are accepted
• The buyer must contact the seller within 14 days from delivery
• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer
• The buyer is responsible for the parcel until it is safely returned
• The buyer will receive a full refund of the item price and the original shipping cost (if applicable)
• An individual solution (such as item replacement) may be offered upon request
✔ Other cases (change of mind / expectations)
If the order has been fulfilled correctly according to the selected parameters, but the item does not meet the buyer’s expectations:
• Returns may be accepted only as an exceptional solution
• Only the item price is refunded (original shipping costs are not refunded)
• Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer, and any return shipping expenses incurred are non-refundable
• IMPORTANT: Any customs duties, import VAT, or other re-import taxes applied when the returned item enters the seller’s country are the responsibility of the buyer and may be deducted from the refund. These charges may include import VAT and customs-related fees and may significantly reduce the refundable amount.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
• Refunds are issued within 14 days after the returned item is received and inspected
• The item remains the responsibility of the buyer until it is safely returned
• Items must be securely packaged to avoid damage during transport

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to their nature, the following items are not eligible for return:
• Digital products
• Made-to-order or custom-made items where legal exemptions apply
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery
This does not affect mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

UNCOLLECTED OR RETURNED PARCELS
If a parcel is not collected or is refused by the buyer and returned:
• Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund
• If free shipping was applied, actual shipping costs will also be deducted
• Additional carrier return fees may apply
• Refund is based on the remaining amount after all applicable costs

SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are shipped within 7–21 working days after payment confirmation (as items are made to order).
Tracking information is provided where available.
Standard shipping is carried out via Lithuanian Post or courier services.
Express delivery is available upon request for an additional fee, with courier services available for selection.
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees in their country.
