Processing Time (Pet Tags)
Be sure to send all the information requested so that your order is sent on time. Incomplete orders will be placed on hold until all the details are received.
Shipping
Delivery service: Approximately 2 to 6 business days. Please make sure the shipping address is correct and track your packages. Once your package is in the possession of the postal service, we are not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages.
Returns/Replacement
Due to the customization of each item, they cannot be returned or exchanged. Once completed, no changes can be made.
To replace an item that arrives broken or damaged, you will need to send us a photo showing the damage within 24 hours of the package being delivered. Please contact us if you have any questions or problems with your order.
Tag that has been chewed or torn by rough play cannot be replaced.

Each tag is designed to be durable but can break or become damaged if not properly cared for. They are not designed to be chewed or hit hard. Avoid letting the tag hang too much to prevent the pet from reaching and biting it. We are not responsible for damage caused by common wear. Each tag is handmade and may have micro imperfections, we do everything we can to make them as perfect as possible.
