Please note all personalized items are NON-refundable. Cancellation for an order may be requested within 5 hours from purchase. Cancellations will not be accepted if the order has entered the shipping queue.

Wood grain will vary from piece to piece. It simply shows the natural characteristics within the wood. These characteristics are not considered defects and we cannot refund for this reason! Each piece of wood takes stain differently, we cannot guarantee the lightness/darkness of the coloring as this is dependent on the wood. We use the same process for creating and staining all of our products, but the exact color of the wood is out of our control and may be a shade darker or lighter than advertised. There will be no refunds for such cases.

All items will ship FREE. Faster shipping option cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on the zip code of the shipping destination provided and includes postage, delivery confirmation, online tracking and packaging/handling. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.

We/Seller are NOT responsible if the package is sent to the incorrect address. If you need to change the shipping address after checkout, please contact us asap and we will assist to correct the order.
If a package is returned to us because it was 'undeliverable as addressed', the buyer is responsible for the new postage charges to have the package re-shipped to a new address.

Everything is packed with the utmost care to assure a safe arrival. In the event the post office mishandles your items or ignore handling notes we are not responsible for damaged or lost item during shipping, but we will do our best to help resolve the situation.
