As a rule since all of our items are custom printed for you we don't accept return or exchanges. However since we want to ensure the best shopping experience for our customers,

We offer standard and often specially discounted Shipping rates. Also we periodically offer free shipping for orders above 35 US$. Currently as we have just launched our shop, all orders above 35 US$ will qualify for free shipping.
