Payment
I do ask that payment is made straight after any purchase. If there does happen to be a problem - such as you need to wait for funds to clear into your paypal account - please notfiy me. I am more than happy to give you extra time, but if payment has not been completed and you fail to notify me or respond to my emails i will cancel your sale after five days have passed.
If I cannot fulfill your order due to failure of my equipment, I will offer you a full refund.
If there is going to be a delay, that means I cannot make your order up in a quick turnaround time, I will contact you and offer the option of a refund.
Shipping
I send all cards via first class (airmail to worldwide customers) and they are sent in board backed envelopes for their protection.
Air Mail does not include insurance or confirmation, so if you wish to add these features you must contact me first so i can recalculate your postage fees. There are additional costs.
Any large or custom orders will be sent by Airsure.
This includes tracking, insurance and confirmation. This can seem like an expensive option, but is definitely worthwhile if you are going to invest in a large/custom order.
I do try my best to ship purchases as soon as i can, but it may take up to five days in some instances.
