These items were manufactured in MUSCATINE, IOWA beginning in the 1930s. You could say I inherited them from the original manufacturer, Paul Zgurgis.
all are AUTHENTIC antique Mother of pearl MOP. Items include buttons, discs, sequins, cabochons, buckles and slides. excellent condition
Everything has come straight out of the factory boxes. They are all in perfect condition, never used, clean, threadless and ready for use--UNLESS SPECIFIED OTHERWISE.
Definitions I often use:
MOP=Mother of Pearl
NOS=New Old Stock: although they are old, they've never been used and look brand new.
Discs=a solid piece of MOP. Probably was supposed to be a button, but never got holed :(
