How is my item made?

Our apparel is screen printed in my home using water based inks.

How should I wash my sweatshirt?

Machine wash cold inside-out. Do not use fabric softener. Can be tumbled dry on low, but
air drying is preferred for a long lasting print. To iron always turn inside-out or use a thin protective cloth over design. Use low to medium heat. Do not iron directly on the print.

What should I do if there is a problem with my item?

We want you to love your purchase. Customer service and satisfaction are our main priorities. Please reach out to us if there is a problem or concern through etsy. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days from delivery. Buyer is responsible for shipping items in new and unused condition. Please contact me through Etsy and I will provide my return shipping address. Return and exchange shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds and exchanges will be processed after the item has been received back. Original shipping costs will NOT be refunded.
