What if my order is damaged?

I will need a photo of the damaged packaging and damaged item if you would like a replacement or refund. You will need to report the damaged item with photos no later than 3 days after delivery.

What if there are missing items from my order?

Notify me within 3 days of delivery. I take photos of all my orders in their packaging before I ship to ensure nothing is missing.

What if I accidentally gave the wrong address and it has already shipped?

It happens. We move and never change the address on our Paypal account or just have our brain on autopilot and type in the wrong address due to habit. Contact me as soon as you notice the error. Usually (hopefully) the box gets sent back to me and then you will have to pay for shipping again to the correct address.
