Welcome to The ImaginationBox Store

Hello!

I'm passionate about creativity. I believe in the power of art as education - it helps kids develop self esteem, problem solve, play, imagine, relax, work as a team and express how they feel.

I launched The ImaginationBoxStore on Etsy with an aim to offer unique, fun and affordable wall art and creative activity packs, in both printed and downloadable formats.

- to make your home a stimulating and colourful place to live
- to encourage families to bring more creativity into their children's lives.

The ImaginationBox story began in 2013 with an urge to create a personal website (www.theimaginationbox.com) documenting my work over the past 15 years - creative projects, with adults and children in hospitals, schools, forest schools, theatres, children's centres, community and mental health settings - basically, anywhere you can find a group of people willing to explore creativity!

Although UK based, the majority of my readers are US based homeschoolers and teachers.

A couple of years on, I enjoy seeing my seasonal project ideas and free printable resources being downloaded in their 1000's all over the world, by parents, grandparents, teachers, and homeschoolers.

I'm a hands-on mum of two inspiring young children, 6 and 8 years old - they road-test most of my creative project ideas and tell me what they would or wouldn't put on their walls!

Welcome to the ImaginationBox Store, thanks for visiting.

My aim is to create artwork that brings colour, shape, design and creativity into kids hands, hearts and homes - stimulating their imagination, sparking their curiosity, making them smile, from birth onwards.

Please feel free to get in touch with any questions about my prints and other products.

Returns and exchanges
In the unlikely event that your print arrives damaged, please send me a photograph and I will organise a replacement to be sent out to you as soon as possible.

My policy is always to create designs and prints of the highest quality. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please convo me directly within 5 days of receiving the artwork, so we can work out a satisfactory solution.
Refunds are minus the shipping costs unless the error is mine.

Personalised artwork is non-returnable, with no exchange or refund. Before printing and posting, a proof will be sent to you for your confirmation of chosen colour, wording etc.

Digital downloads are non refundable.
Payment
I accept payment via paypal, debit and credit cards as made available the Etsy checkout
Shipping
All digital instant downloads will be ready to download, immediately after payment is received.
Physical print orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days. I will contact you directly if there is a delay.

To keep postage costs affordable, tracking is not available on standard shipping.

UK: All items will be posted first class via Royal Mail

Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, Rest of world: All items will be shipped via Royal Mail International Standard delivery.
Royal Mail quotes 3-5 days to Europe, and 5-7 days for USA, Canada, Australia. However items can take from 7-21 days to arrive.

Please note, the total shipping time will depend upon the length of time your country holds an item at customs for inspection.
Any customs, duties or taxes incurred by the customers country are not included in the shipping cost and payment of these is the responsibility of the customer. Please check your country's policy prior to ordering.

You can choose to upgrade.
UK: I offer a next day 1pm delivery
Overseas: there is a tracked / signed for option.
Please note, Australia is signed for only, not tracked.

Invalid Shipping Addresses: Please check your order before completing your order to avoid shipping address errors. I cannot refund or re-ship without further payment when a customer provides an incorrect address.
Additional policies and FAQs
PRINTS
All prints are printed with pigment based inks on archival quality heavyweight Epson matte paper. Prints are signed and dated on the back.

Prints are unframed and unmounted/unmatted
Colours can vary slightly from monitor to paper.

A4 and 8x10 inch prints are sealed in a cellophane bag, tissue paper wrapped and mailed in a durable hard backed envelope to prevent bending.
(8x10 inch prints are printed on A4 and can be cut to size when framing)

A3 and 11x14 inch prints are tissue paper wrapped, carefully rolled and mailed to you in a durable cardboard tube.
(11x14 inch prints are printed on A3 and can be cut to size when framing)
