Do you design these products yourself?
Yes! I create every design, and my trusted partner, Printify, prints and ships them so they arrive quickly and with great quality.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship in 2–5 business days. U.S. delivery is usually 5–8 business days after shipping, and Canada can take 10–15 business days. Bad weather or unexpected carrier delays can add extra time, but I’ll keep you updated.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Since each item is made to order, I can’t accept returns or exchanges unless it arrives damaged. If there’s an issue, message me within 7 days so I can help.
Can I customize my order?
Some designs can be personalized. And if one of my designs sparks your creativity and you have an idea to make it more you, reach out. I might be able to make it happen!
Where do you ship?
I ship within the U.S. and, on select items, to Canada.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Message me within 7 days with a photo so I can make it right.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t gone into production yet, I can usually help. Message me within 4 hours of placing the order.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Gift wrapping isn’t available, but you can add a gift message at checkout. Prices never show on the packing slip.
