I see you are based in the UK - I live in the USA, does that pose any problems?
We sell the majority of our mats to customers in the USA, so please don't worry - there are no customs fees to pay and delivery is usually made via UPS/FedEx or USPS. If you are using a POBOX address, delivery times will be longer as we have to pass it to USPS.
How do I go about ordering a custom mat?
Please click through to one of our 'your custom doormat' listings, where you will be able to check a list of fonts - in the personalization field, near the add to cart button, you will be able to give us instructions on how you'd like your doormat to look. Drafts are sent for approval if requested, otherwise our fantastic designers will realise your concept for you.
Sizing details
Our mats are available in small: 16x24", regular: 18x30" and large: 24x36"
How thick are your door mats?
Our doormats are generally around 15mm thick. This can vary though depending on the batch, so please double check with us if it's really important for your threshold.
Wholesale availability
We supply a number of companies on a wholesale basis, so please get in touch to discuss requirements. We can offer bulk shipments and/or a dropship account.
Do you ship to X,Y,Z countries?
We ship pretty much worldwide. If you're not sure, please get in touch.
Returns / Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom designs because every item is handmade to order specifically for you. If for some reason, there is an error/mistake on your design or the mat is damaged during shipping please reach out to us so we can resolve. Please double check your order and notify us immediately if you need to make any changes to the design.
Do you ship to PO BOXES?
Yes, we can ship to PO BOXES. However, this delivery process may take longer than shipping to regular physical addresses due to additional handoffs and steps that need to be taken, such as packages being sorted and routed accordingly.
