FAQs

PLEASE CHECK YOUR MESSAGES WITHIN 24HRS OF ORDERING just in case I need to confirm anything or changes have to be made.

PROCESSING TIMES
Once I have the customisation requests, I'm able to begin creating your piece! I aim to complete within 5 working days (this may differ during busy periods but I'll update you!)
If you need a custom order making and posting within 24hrs, I may be able to - but please message first!
PLEASE NOTE: Unless the title and description says 'ready to ship', the item is made to order to your requirements. Please check the estimated delivery date to ensure it aligns with any deadlines you may have. If you're needing the item sooner, please get in touch and I may be able to process it as a rush order.

CUSTOMISATION REQUESTS
When ordering a custom piece, please include in the order note the following details;
Hats: head measurement (circumference of head) and preferences for fabric and embellishment if its a custom order
Bras and full sets: sizes and embellishment/fabric preferences
Feather Belts: Waist size and hip size (cm/inches) and feather colour
Face masks: Fabric and trim preferences
Goggles: Most goggles are custom pieces and designs can be made into a ski or motorcycle goggle style (prices vary)
Mohawks: Feather colours (primary and secondary) spine embellishment, and chain colour


DEADLINES
If you have a deadline for your order, please get it in in ahead of time! Also, bear in mind the processing time and shipping times. I will do my best to accommodate urgent orders, but during very busy periods (e.g. the lead-up to big events and festivals) I may not be able to. I put a lot of love into everything I make, so adequate creation time is needed!

SHIPPING
The estimated shipping times will be displayed on the listing, and all items are sent with a tracking number for you to keep updated on its progress in transit.
Understandably, I cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays and customs tax (and shop reviews should not reflect such issues). Refunds cannot be given for an item arriving late, so ensure there is adequate time and upgrade to express shipping if needed.

RETURNS
Please see my Etsy shop policy; I handcraft each piece uniquely which takes a lot of time and love, and if it is a custom piece, it has been created especially for you! However, if there’s a problem with your item please do get in touch as soon as you receive it (within 24 hours) and I will help you.

RUSH ORDERS
Need a unique custom piece creating and posting within 24 hours? Please message me and we can discuss! Please note: rush orders will incur a 20% additional charge.

PACKAGING AND CARE
All goggles, hats and headpieces are sent in boxes for extra protection. Any protective wrapping used is recycled, reused, or eco-friendly. I can also make satin dust bags for some pieces - or they are available to purchase separately.
I can provide care instructions for all items, and if you have any questions about fitting etc, just drop me a message.

DESIGN DURABILITY
Feather trims are sewn to ensure durability and reduce feather loss. Feathers are sourced from a reputable Australian company. Rhinestones are sewn in wherever possible or adhered using appropriate adhesive (in most cases industrial strength, these shiny babies aren't dropping off!)
