The communication was excellent I provided some details of what I would like and on both occasions the seller did all the research and communication was way beyond what I expected. I was amazed with both purchases and the extremely pleased with the quality and service I received. I definitely will order again and recommend the craftsmanship and very helpful tips , the best customer service I have had in many years!! Totally appreciate their commitment to providing such caring experiences.

4 out of 5 starsSo the reason I’ve only gave 4 stars and not 5 is because the actual pendent was beautiful , I love it so so much but the chain didn’t even last 24 hours of having it on, it just broke without being yanked strongly or anything, so maybe you should lower your price slightly because people may have to buy a new chain straight away . But I adore the pendant so thank you very much for that :)

Hi Ashleigh, Thank you so much for your feedback. We're so happy to you love the engraved pendant and we're sorry for issue you've had with chain breaking. We haven't had any customers come back with the same fault..so we think it might be a one off. We do provive brand new chains with the necklace as im sure you'd be able to tell as they come in a seperate packet but issues do occur and we try to resolve them. In regards to the price you did also receiev a 10% off as we have a sale running however we're happy to send a replacement chain if you haven't got one already. Please message us as we can send you a replacement chain. Thanks again for your review. If you do message us we'll get a replacment chain to you. :)

Frequently asked questions
How do I provide my picture when ordering?
Etsy do not have an upload function whilst placing an order.
We simply ask to send the image in a message.
On the product listing one of the product images will show the ordering process steps.
Using the Etsy app: Once you've opened the message/chat box click the camera icon on the right hand side and select your image.
Using the Etsy website: there’s a gallery/picture icon at the bottom of the message/chat box on the right hand side.
Once your image is selected please just mention that you've placed an order with us and if you could provide your order reference number that would be perfect.
Once we receive your message we'll reply confirming your order and image have been received.
Is my image suitable to be used?
If you're unsure if your image is suitable to be used. Please send us your image in a message. We would be more than happy to advise you if your image is suitable.
We will be completely honest and will let you know if the image woudn't come out well as we want to provide you with a quality product.
If you have a selection of images and were unsure of which to choose please send them all over. We can then advise you on the image that can be used and will also recommend the image/s that will come out the best,
What images come out the best?
We recommend using an image that is close up and has good balanced lighting.
Lighting is one of the main factors that affects how well an image will come out. So if the lighting is good then the engraving will be nice and clear.
We wouldn't recommmend images that are dark, have a low resolution or have the people/subjects far away. The reason being is that low res images distant images will pixelate when we zoom in to focus on the people/subjects,
If we feel an image wouldn't come out well please be assure that we will let you know and will request an alternative image from you.
Merging Images
If you didn't have an image with the people you wanted in the crystal together we are able to merge people together from seperate images.
We recommend using similar quality images however we'll make it work even if the images aren't similar.
We have a dedicated graphics team that work on all images and will merge your images to fit the crystal shape/style you were interest in.
Please send your images over to us in a message.
We'll edit your images and will provide you with the merged image. If you're happy you can then place your order with us. We can also make alterations to the image.
Do we provide proof images?
We wouldn't provide a prood image for all orders however we will if an image needs major editing or if we need to crop an image in a major way.
We'll provide proof image in these cases so that the customer has an understanding of what will be included in the crystal.
We'll only proceed with the order once the customer confirms and is happy with the edits made.
If you specifically requested a proof image we can provide one for you during non peak periods.
During busy periods such as Christmas, Valentines Day, Mothers Day etc we wouldn't be able to provide a proof.
Please be assured if we felt an image wouldn't come out well we ill let you know. We wouldn't process your image/order unless it'll come out well.
UK Delivery Service
We use Royal Mail for all UK order deliveries. We use RM's tracked24 service which is usually next day however if there are weather issues it may take an extra day for your order to be delivered.
The tracked24 service included Sundays also.
We aim to dispatch orders the next working day. During season busy periods we will extend the process time on Etsy.
