Do you have my size? Color?
Yes! Some items are listed as "ready to ship" in a limited size/color. But every item is available in your size and color options. If you don't see the listing in my shop, please message me and I can help you right away.
General Information
Most orders require up to 3 full business days to be handmade by me. Orders with multiple items are welcome but may require a longer turnaround time.
I check messages on a regular basis, so I am usually quick to repsond to any questions or concerns.
Every item in my shop has been designed, made, and photographed by me (unless otherwise noted in listing). Please do not use my pictures to promote, represent, or otherwise mislead any shop and/or individual that is not myself.
Additional Shipping Info
Every item will have a hang tag with shop contact information and size, material, and care instructions.
Friendly reminder to double check your shipping address. I am not responsible in any way for incorrect shipment information. Any shipping delays or extra cost due to incorrect info will be the responsibility of you the buyer.
Please do not base my shop review based on USPS delivery performance. Once items are in USPS possession, I have no control in how fast you receive your order. I monitor tracking and will help resolve any issues. Full refunds are given only if USPS loses your order, per USPS tracking information.
Do you accent returns?
Since most of my shop items are custom, I cannot accept returns. But I know shopping online can make guessing the correct size a little difficult. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact immediately. Any exchanges will be case-by-case, with all shipping fees to be paid by the buyer. Unless there is a mistake by me the shop owner, then I will do everything to make it right.
