FOR RETURNS : Please return items back within 14-30 days of delivery.

1. If item is not returned in its original condition. the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

2. International return postage must be covered by the customer.

3. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

4. Merchandise must be in unused or unwashed condition with size tag.

5. We do not accept returns on clearance items.

At Inaya, we want you to be delighted with your handcrafted pieces. Since we ship internationally from India, please review our return guidelines below:

Return Window: Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship items back within 30 days.

Refund Amount: Upon receiving the item in its original condition, we will issue a full refund for the item price and any applicable taxes collected by Etsy.

Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Additionally, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs to India.

Condition of Returns: Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

At Inaya, we are committed to delivering our handcrafted Chikankari garments to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our international shipping details below:

Logistics Partners: All international orders are dispatched from India through our trusted logistics partner, Bombino Express, and delivered via DHL to ensure reliable door-to-door tracking.

Contact Number Required: DHL requires a recipient contact number for all international deliveries to assist with customs clearance and final delivery. Please provide your phone number at checkout to avoid any dispatch delays.

Estimated Delivery Time: Orders typically arrive within 6 to 10 working days.

Delays & Situations: While we strive for prompt delivery, please note that shipping times are estimates. Actual delivery dates may vary due to unpredictable circumstances, customs processing times, or global logistics situations beyond our control.

US Deliveries (Customs & Tariffs): For our customers in the USA, we are currently shipping all parcels with pre-paid tariffs. This means you should not face any unexpected import duties upon delivery until further notice.


4. Customs and Import Taxes : Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs .
