Frequently asked questions
What type of printing method do you use?
Designs are DTG (direct-to-garment) printed. This means the ink is absorbed into the fibers of the fabric rather than placed on top of it.
I ordered multiple items but only received part of my order. Where are the rest of my items?
Items are shipped soon after they are processed, this may result in multiple packages if ordering more than one item.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1-7 business days. Please note these times may extend during the holiday peak season.
It's been several days since my order shipped. Why does the tracking number still show as "pre-transit"?
USPS may take a few days to sort through packages resulting in delayed updates. It is also not uncommon for items to reach their final destination and still be marked as "pre-transit" due to not getting scanned during transit/upon delivery.
I entered the wrong address when placing my order. Can my order be re-shipped?
Orders that need to be re-shipped due to buyer's error will be charged a re-shipping fee.

Returns and Exchanges
Since most of our products are made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
Exceptions may apply in the following cases:
• If an incorrect or damaged item is received, please contact us and we will make it right.
Peruvian Bodysuits & Jackets (Sizing Issues):
• For our Peruvian bodysuits and jackets, if an item does not fit as expected, we’re happy to accept returns for a refund.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and we recommend using a tracked shipping service.
• Items must be returned in their original condition.
• Once the return is received, a refund will be issued, and a new order can be placed for the desired size.
