Gift wrapping and packaging
Remember if you choose to mark as a gift the only difference is that the dollar amount is taken off the packing slip. It does not mean gift wrapping. It you need anything special just ask!
Wholesale availability
We do offer wholesale prices on any of our in stock items usually 10 total pieces or more. Just Ask!
Care instructions
In the listing we usually discuss any special care. Sometimes we will put the information with the item when shipping.
Shipping
We offer built in shipping on most of our items and try to ship the next business day. Remember weekends and holidays will slightly delay shipping.
Handcrafted Items
Please be aware that handcrafted items are just that! They are not perfect, may have slight differences than pictured and almost all are unique in some way. Real people make these items, though talented artisans the normal uniformity of a factory made item is not present. You might see crooked sewing lines, glue residue, small imperfection in materials such as color differences, theses all make them unique and special.
Coupons and Sales
We do not offer coupons or sales, we pride ourselves in fair prices every day. Sometimes you will see sample or test prices, these items are specially priced to see if we should manufacture in the future.
Returns
We always want you to be happy and will take care of any problems. Please be considerate and don't use the feedback as your way to tell us something you're not happy with, this affects our artisans in many different ways. Most of our items we have shipping built into the price and all refunds are for your total purchase price, hence we do not cover shipping costs back to us.
