No response from seller to messages, only responded when I opened a case with Etsy, and still offered no explanation or apology, just reversed the credit card charge. The items in the photos look beautiful and I would have understood a delay, but no communication is inexcusable.

5 out of 5 starsAbsolutely gorgeous collar!!! Exceeds expectations. The buckle is even better, but my pup is too furry to get a great shot of it. The shipping took a minute, but it wasn’t outrageous, and the seller included a great matching bracelet to make up for the delay. 100% would (and will) buy from again
