IMPORTANT INFORMATION

- Standard processing time is approximately 10–20 weeks. Rush orders can be arranged if requested before ordering:)

- We’d love to see your cosplay come to life! ✨ Please tag or credit IndiDesigns, and we may feature you on our Instagram!

- Using IndiDesigns products to promote third-party businesses is not allowed without our permission.

- Please do not claim the wig as your own work in cosplay contests or on social media. Always give credit to IndiDesigns — thank you!

- All wigs are handmade to order, so each one may differ slightly from the listing images. Photos usually show our most recently made items. Colors may also vary slightly depending on your device settings.

- All base wigs are made from high-quality synthetic fibers.

- The sizing is regular adult size before stretching so it usually does fit even slightly larger heads.
There are also size adjustment straps that can be used to decrease the size if needed.
If you require adjustment, that’s no problem for a fee.

- Listed item process updates are not offered. Custom Commission items may have updates at completion.

- Operating hours are during regular business days. We observe all Japanese statutory holidays. Any emergency communication outside of that will happen at our discretion. Otherwise we will do our best to reply to your messages within regular working hours.


◆ PAYMENT

• Partial payments are not available at this time.
• Prices are non-negotiable and not subject to discounts unless specifically advertised.


◆ DELIVERY

• Standard order wigs take approximately 10–20 weeks to process.
• RUSH delivery is available for a flat fee. Please indicate your required delivery date before placing your order.
• Wigs are shipped secured on styrofoam heads, which are glued and taped inside the delivery box to protect the styling. To remove, please either pull the head out with some force or cut the base of the box to use as a stand.
• Most wigs are pinned to the styrofoam head. Please remove all pins before taking the wig off.
• All packages are tracked and insured.
• Undelivered packages will not be resent without payment for restyling and reshipping.
• Refunds are not available for damaged, delayed, or undelivered packages. For more information, please see the Returns and Cancellations section below.


◆ INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• The listed shipping cost covers Air Mail service (3–12 business days), with the wig secured on a styrofoam head.
• Depending on the style, wigs can also be shipped flattened (without styrofoam heads) via surface mail (6–10 weeks). Please note that they may require restyling upon arrival.
• Any duties or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
• All undelivered packages will be considered abandoned and are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not offer reshipping services for international orders.

• International shipping insurance is currently limited by the carrier and may not cover the full value of an item in the event of a claim.


◆ RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

• Due to hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted. Packages are insured against loss or damage during shipping; however, IndiDesigns is not responsible for shipping-related issues.

• If your package arrives damaged, do not remove the wig or styrofoam head from the shipping box. Please take clear, detailed photos of the damage immediately, before handling the item, and send them to IndiDesigns for review.

• Minor damage may be fixable by the customer with guidance from IndiDesigns, including advice and/or video support.

• Major damage may be eligible for repair without additional styling fees, provided the item has not been used and IndiDesigns confirms eligibility. In such cases, the customer is responsible only for shipping costs.

• To qualify for repair, the item must be returned within 3 business days of delivery. This is due to the fragile nature of styled wigs. Thank you for your understanding.

• Order cancellations are not available, as materials are typically ordered immediately after payment is received.

• No refunds are offered for cancellations, as material and labor costs must be covered.

• Shipping fees and rush service fees are non-refundable.

• No refunds are available for items that are damaged, delayed, or undelivered.

• IndiDesigns reserves the right to cancel any order. In such cases, any materials and labor already expended are non-refundable.


◆ REPAIR

• Repairs are not currently available for used items, due to uncertainty regarding how the item was handled.

◆利用規約

IndiDesigns （以下「弊社」といいます。）は、以下のオンラインショッピングご利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます。）に基づき、お客様にサービス（以下「本サービス」といいます。）を提供いたします。お客様が本サイトを通じて商品を購入される場合その他本サイトを利用される場合は、本規約に同意されたものとみなしますので、本規約を必ずお読み下さい。


第１条　本規約の範囲
本規約は本サイトが提供するサービスについて規定したものです。

第2条　契約の成立
お客様が商品の購入を希望される場合、弊社が指定する方法に沿って、商品の購入を申し込み、注文するものとします｡
お客様の上記申込みが承諾され、弊社との売買契約が成立するのは、お客様が選択された商品の支払方法および配送方法に関わらず、本サイトにて注文確定ボタンを押されたときとなります。

第3条　本サービス提供
１. 商品のオーダーは２４時間お受け致しますが、サーバのメンテナンス等により、オーダーをお受けできない場合があります。この場合でも、弊社は一切の責任を負わないものとします。
2. 配送料
配送料は、それぞれの商品や、お送りする地域によって異なるため、お客様は各商品詳細ページを必ず確認するものとします。
3. お買い上げ伝票
Etsyよりお客様宛に電子メールにて送信致する「注文確定メール」をもって「お買い上げ伝票」に代えさせていただきますので、大切に保管してください。
4. お届け日　
お急ぎのご注文（Rush Order）を除き、通常はご注文を受けてから 8 ~ 20 週間以内に発送いたします。但し、ベースウィッグメーカーの在庫切れ等の問題で遅れる場合もございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。 Rush Orderをご希望の場合はご注文前にご連絡ください。
5．キャンセル・返品・交換
お客様都合によるキャンセル・返品はお受けしておりませんので、ご注文の際には慎重にお選びください。
6．保証
弊社は販売した商品の欠陥等について、一切の保証をいたしません。
7．その他の注意事項
（１）商品につきましては販売数量に限りがあるものがあり、売り切れによりお届けできない場合がございます。
（２）お届けする商品の一部が、メーカーによる仕様変更等により、ページ上でご案内している商品と若干異なることがございます。
（３）ページ上に掲載されている商品写真は実物を撮影したものですが、モニターを通してご覧になった場合、色調が実物を直接ご覧になった場合と異なることがございます。
（４）弊社は、弊社よりお客様へお届けする電子メールおよびお客様から弊社に送付される電子メールの不到着、文字化けに起因する問題に関しては、いかなる責任も負いかねますので、ご了承下さい。

第4条 私的利用の範囲外の利用禁止
お客様は、弊社が承認した場合（当該情報に関して権利を持つ第三者がいる場合には、弊社を通じ当該第三者の承諾を取得することを含む）を除き、弊社を通じて入手したいかなる情報も複製、販売、出版その他私的利用の範囲を超えて使用をすることができないものとします。

お客様が商品をイベントやコンテストに使用、またはSNS等に掲載する場合は、必ず弊社のリンクまたはタグ (Instagram: @xoxoindi_designs ) を引用することとします。弊社の商品をお客様の作品としてコンテスト等に使用することは固くお断りしております。


第5条 販売価格
本サイトの表示価格は、その表示を行い始めた時点の販売価格であり、変更される場合がございます。価格が変更された場合、変更後の価格は同変更後の取引にのみ適用され、変更前の取引について補填、値引き等を行うことは一切ございませんので予めご了承ください。
掲載商品の価格につきましては細心の注意を払っておりますが、人為的なミスにより、通販サービス上の価格が実際の販売価格と異なる場合がございます。その場合は、ご注文後に正規の価格をご連絡し、ご購入の意思確認をさせていただく、又は当社からご注文をキャンセルさせていただき、再度新規でご注文いただくなどの対応をさせていただきます。

第6条 遵守事項
お客様が、本サイトをご利用いただくにあたっては、以下の事項を遵守していただきます。万一違反された場合には、本サイトの利用停止等の措置を採らせていただきますのでご了解下さい。

1. 本サイト及びこれに関連するプログラムを、本規約その他弊社の指定する方法に従ってご利用いただくこと
2. 本サービスを利用して、犯罪行為その他弊社及び第三者に損害を及ぼす行為を行わないこと
反社会勢力に利益を提供したり、親密な関係を築いている事実がないこと、又は反社会勢力との取引関係がないこと


第7条 免責事項

弊社は、価格表示、商品説明、その他本サービスに関連する本サイトに掲載されるコンテンツの情報の正確性、完全性または有用性について保証いたしません。
システムの定期保守および緊急保守のために必要であった場合、火災、停電、第三者による妨害行為その他当社にとり不可抗力な事由によりシステムの運用が困難になった場合、及び弊社が必要と判断した場合、本サービスに遅滞、変更、一時的もしくは断続的な中断が生じたり、又は本サービスを停止、もしくは廃止することがございますが、それに起因又は関連して発生した利用者又は第三者の損害について、弊社は一切の責任を負いません。弊社に過失なく損害が発生した場合には、弊社はその責任を負わないものとします。
お客様が、本サービスをご利用になることにより、他のお客様または第三者に対して損害などを与えた場合には、当該お客様は自己の責任と費用において解決し、弊社には一切損害を与えないものとします｡

第8条　規約の変更
本規約は、予告なしに随時変更させていただくことがございます。


第9条　サービス内容の変更、中止
１．弊社は、お客様への事前通知、承諾なしに本サイトのサービス内容を変更、または中止する場合があります。
２．前項に基づき、サービス内容を変更・中止した場合といえども、お客様に不利益、損害が生じた場合、弊社は、その責任を免れるものとします。

第10条　サービスの停止
弊社は、一定の予告期間をもって本サイトのサービス停止を行う場合があります。


第11条　個人情報の取扱い
弊社の収集した個人情報は以下のように取扱います。お客様が弊社に個人情報をご提供下さる際には、以下の取扱いについてご同意くださいますようよろしくお願い申し上げます。
１．この個人情報の使用目的は以下のとおりです。
（１）会員管理
（２）商品及びサービスの販売
（３）商品等の梱包・発送業務
（４）保証及びアフターサービス（お客様からの問い合わせ等含む）の提供
（５）情報分析（購入者層の分析など）
２．上記の個人情報を弊社が第三者に開示、漏洩することはございません。ただし、以下の場合はこの限りではございませんので、あらかじめご了承ください。
（１）配送業者に対するお客様の氏名および住所の開示、弊社および業務委託会社が、お客様に対する契約上の義務を履行するために必要である場合
（２）法令に基づき裁判所その他の司法機関および行政機関からお客様に関する情報の開示を要求された場合
（３）弊社、弊社関連会社、お客様または第三者の権利および財産を保護する必要がある場合
（４）お客様と他のお客様もしくは第三者との紛争により、弊社または弊社関連会社が迷惑もしくは損害を被ることを回避する場合　
（５）お客様が弊社にお名前、住所等の情報を提供するか否かは、お客様ご自身に任意にご判断いただけます。ただし、お客様からお名前、住所等の情報をご提供いただけない場合には、弊社はお客様に本サービスをご提供できない点を予めご了承下さい。
