RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
We do not accept returns since all products are printed on demand. If you receive a product that is incorrectly printed, damaged on receipt or has any other noticeable quality issue, just send us a description and photo of the issue. We will send you a new replacement product at no cost.
Refunds are provided if there is evidence that there is an incurable fault, attributable to the store, that cannot be fixed with a replacement product.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANVAS PRINTS AND POSTERS
Dust can be wiped off gently with a clean lint free dry micro-fiber cloth or similar.
VARIATIONS OF COLOR AND INTENSITY
All products listed on the store are created on demand. When a product is created and printed, the perception of color can change slightly depending on the material the image is being printed on. This is due to light that bounces off the product, the adherence of the ink on the material and absorption of ink. This is to be expected and will result in slight variations in color and intensity.
CUSTOM ORDERS
We accept custom orders and are able to create a custom product for you that you can examine online before deciding to purchase. There is no obligation or pressure to buy at any time.
CUSTOMS DOCUMENTATION AND IMPORT DUTIES
Our products are manufactured locally in multiple regions.
In areas where no local manufacturing facility is available, your order will be shipped from the nearest production location. Please note that you are responsible for any applicable customs duties as well as providing any required documentation to the shipping company. For example, in some countries the shipping carrier may request proof of identity before delivery.
For the following regions, all products are produced and shipped locally/regionally, so no import duties or additional documentation are required:
USA, European Union (EU), United Kingdom (UK), Ireland, United Arab Emirates (UAE), Malaysia, South Africa, Australia, Canada, Mexico.

All listings are digitally created original images using an extensive range of design tools, equipment and techniques. They are not handmade paintings or traditional photographs, and no physical handmade artwork is sold.

At this time, we have discontinued expedited shipping because guaranteed delivery dates can no longer be reliably supported. Ongoing third-party factors, including adverse weather events, have caused inconsistent transit times. Rather than offer a service we cannot confidently uphold, we have chosen to prioritize transparency and reliability.
