-If you want to make requests, or I'm out of stock on any items and you would like to purchase them, please contact me and let me know and I will try to get back to you asap, hopefully with a solution.

-All items are gift wrapped with pink tissue paper, with decorated card background shown in the photo

Payment

-I only accept Paypal

-Payment must be made within 48 hours

-Items will not be shipped until payment is made

Delivery

-I ship all jewellery in the UK using 1st class delivery, items shipped overseas are sent using standard delivery (Airmail). All items sent via Airmail should take between 3 - 7 working days to be delivered.

-For any other requests to shipping i.e. recorded delivery, insurance or tracking; please contact me and I will try to make arrangements

-All items are sent in bubble wrap envelopes
